Jon Rohrich
President and Chair of the Board
Jon Rohrich is an Award-winning business leader, mentor, solution architect, and military veteran. As Director of Avanade’s, Canadian Security Consulting Practice, Jon serves as a strategic leader driving business growth, sales strategy, solution development and delivery for the region. Prior to joining Avanade, Jon worked in a solution engineering role at Microsoft, driving the growth of Microsoft’s vast security portfolio. He holds 25+ Certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
In addition to his role at Avanade, Jon is an active member of the cybersecurity community. He is a respected public speaker and educator. Jon has been a featured speaker at prominent industry events including iTech, Microsoft Ignite Tour, Microsoft Ready, GoSec, Cyber Tech & Risk, BSides and ISC2 chapter meetings. He is passionate about mentoring and coaching fellow security professionals to advance and grow in their careers.
Vivian Odii

Vivian Odii is an IT and cybersecurity leader with extensive experience navigating complex, fast-paced environments across banking, financial services, technology, and telecommunications. She specializes in identity and access management (IAM), IT service delivery, cyber resilience, risk management, process optimization, and business transformation. Throughout her career, she has successfully led large-scale initiatives that modernized enterprise systems, strengthened security posture, and delivered measurable business value.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, an MBA, and globally recognized certifications including CISSP, PMP, GSEC, AZ-900, and ITIL4. Leveraging her expertise in IT strategy, data visualization, and risk assessment, Vivian helps organizations make informed decisions and implement secure, future-ready solutions that drive operational excellence.
Beyond her professional achievements, Vivian is a passionate advocate for women in technology and cybersecurity. Olumide Abiola

Olumide Abiola is a seasoned Cybersecurity and project delivery consultant with over 20 years of experience in the technology domain, specializing in cybersecurity, risk management, and infrastructure delivery. With a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives, Olumide has become a trusted advisor to organizations seeking to strengthen their security posture. He holds multiple prestigious certifications, including CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, PMP, SPC, and AWS Security Specialist, demonstrating his broad expertise across cybersecurity governance, risk management, cloud security, and project delivery frameworks.
Throughout his career, Olumide has combined scholarly research and professional practice to advance cybersecurity knowledge through published articles and conference presentations. In addition to designing and implementing robust security strategies for clients, he delivers speaking engagements that translate complex security concepts into actionable strategies, aligning technical excellence with business objectives in an evolving threat landscape.
Obada El'esh
Director (Communications)
Obada El’esh is a cybersecurity professional and Manager within the Digital Risk Solutions practice at PwC, bringing over 9 years of experience in designing, delivering, and leading risk-based cybersecurity programs across complex and evolving IT environments. His expertise includes cybersecurity risk and maturity assessments, control design and effectiveness evaluations, and advisory engagements aligned with leading regulatory and industry frameworks.
In his role as Director of Communications, Obada is responsible for strengthening the chapter’s visibility and impact by leading strategic communications, collaborating closely with industry partners, and coordinating events and initiatives that enhance community engagement, knowledge sharing, and professional outreach across the cybersecurity ecosystem.
Mario Alejandro Matiz Zambrano
Director (Membership & Audit)
Mario Alejandro Matiz Zambrano (CISSP, CISA, SecurityX) is a Toronto-based cybersecurity professional specializing in executive-level security reporting, governance, risk, and compliance. He currently serves as an Expert Security Data Analyst with CIBC and previously has held roles in incident response, vulnerability management , and GRC at Scotiabank, BMO, and the RCMP. Mario is an active ISC2 Toronto Chapter mentor and community builder, known for translating complex security data into actionable insights and measurable outcomes. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he is passionate about member experience, transparent reporting, and building a resilient, inclusive cybersecurity community.
Syed Turab, CISSP
Director (Professional Development)
Syed is a cybersecurity professional with over 5 years of experience spanning threat detection (SIEM/SOAR, IDS/IPS, SOC operations), risk management (vulnerability management, DLP/UEBA), infrastructure security (cloud engineering, firewall/WAF/NAC), and specialized areas like digital forensics, IoT security, and cybersecurity education.
He started his journey back in 2015 at Sheridan College and began his career at CIBC, initially focusing on Data Loss Prevention (DLP), then transitioned into SIEM detection engineering. From there, moved to IBM as a Security Specialist, where he worked across cybersecurity managed services and handled firewall engineering projects.
Currently with at RBC, working as a Vulnerability Management Scanning Engineer.
In parallel, he’s been teaching as a professor at Seneca Polytechnic in the CYT (Cybersecurity and Threat Management) program, delivering courses in IT Forensics, IoT Security, and Cloud Security, helping students bridge academic knowledge with hands-on, real-world security practices.
He is also pursuing his Master of Management in Artificial Intelligence (MMAI) at Queen’s University, Smith School of Business with the goal of combining AI and cybersecurity through a strategic, leadership-driven lens.

Kanishka is a cybersecurity professional specializing in compliance and security consulting. With a Bachelor’s in Information System Security, she empowers organizations to build robust compliance programs that prioritize real-world security. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys exploring mystery novels and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, bringing curiosity and creativity to all aspects of life.
Eddie Liao

Eddie Liao (CISSP, CCSP, CISM) is a seasoned leader in IT and information security, with extensive experience spanning consulting, systems implementation, and team leadership. Over the years, Eddie has led numerous hands-on projects across industries including education, legal, entertainment, and telecommunications, for organizations ranging from startups to large enterprises. He consistently focuses on streamlining IT operations while implementing tailored security best practices aligned with each organization’s unique profile.
Beyond his technical expertise, Eddie is a passionate advocate for volunteerism and personal growth. As a volunteer, he provides mentorship both within the chapter and through various online communities, helping aspiring professionals reach their goals and thrive in their careers.

President
Raphael Adeyemo (MBA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SSCP, ITIL4-f) is an IT business partner and an adjunct professor with expertise across various industries – banking, insurance, energy, technology, and academia. He specializes in service delivery, cyber resilience, process optimization, risk management, IT and cyber strategy, and digital transformation.
He is currently the President and Chair of the Board of Directors at ISC2 Toronto Chapter where he promotes cyber security in the GTA. He is an MBA degree holder from SC Johnson College of Business of the Cornell University, Ithaca, NY and Smith School of Business of the Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario.

Camille, drawing from over two decades of experience, serves as a trusted advisor for organizations striving to develop secure products from the outset, preserving their competitive advantage and promoting innovation. Her diverse background spans aerospace engineering, software development, entrepreneurship, and leadership. In her role as Vice President on the Board of Directors, she plays a pivotal role in advancing her field.

Joy Enaholo is an IT security professional with over 7 years of experience in network security, threat hunting, and incident response. A certified CISSP and GCIH, she is dedicated to maintaining high security standards. As a part-time lecturer, she teaches Windows and Network Administration. Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, Joy focuses on identifying and addressing overlooked security gaps to provide effective solutions.

Currently specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, with a primary focus on implementing and managing best practices in information security and privacy. Michael Kinsey

Michael has his own consultancy where he specializes in guiding SMB in their governance, compliance and risk strategies. With over 20 years as an educator, he enjoys taking IT concepts, breaking them down and relating them to Canada’s business community.
Michael is passionate about giving back to the IT community especially in working with our Canadian University and College partners. In his free time, Michael loves canoeing, volleyball
and swimming.
